Reality

Reality refers to the state of things as they exist objectively and independently of perception. It has the quality of being real, tangible, and factual. Reality can be subjective or objective. Objective reality is the world as it exists independently of our thoughts and experiences. Subjective reality is the world as we perceive it, shaped by our thoughts, experiences, and beliefs.

Perception plays a significant role in shaping our reality. Our experiences, emotions, and cultural backgrounds all have an impact on our perceptions. For instance, two people can experience the same event and have different interpretations and reactions to it.

Our values and beliefs also influence what is real. We create our reality based on what we believe to be true. Our beliefs influence our thoughts, behaviours, and experiences. For instance, someone who believes that they are incapable of success is less likely to take risks and pursue their goals than someone who believes in their abilities.
